Evidence of Success

• An iLEAD Cohort 3 candidate was a recipient of the Indiana Principal Leadership Academy’s Alumni Association Aspiring Principal Scholarship in 2007.
   
• Of the six candidates nominated by the Indiana Principal Leadership Academy for the 2007 Alumni Association Aspiring Principal Scholarship, two were participants in the iLEAD program.
   
• All nineteen candidates who have taken the School Leaders Licensure Assessment successfully passed. More than half of them earned scores in the top 25% of all test takers.
   
• All five Cohort 1 candidates who actively sought an administrative position accepted offers to serve as building level administrators.
   
• Two Cohort 2 candidates accepted offers to serve as building level administrators before completing the iLEAD Program in December of 2006.  Others are in the process of applying for recently posted positions.
   
• Three Cohort 3 candidates accepted offers to serve as building level administrators before the start of their third semester in the iLEAD program.
